By creating an account or using Footprints, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service is operated by Caner Yürekyakan (Ankara, Türkiye) and is free. If paid features are added, we will announce them in advance.
Footprints is a community of travelers sharing honest, first-hand tips. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, upload or send anything that:
You also agree not to fake your location, impersonate others, or interfere with the app or its servers.
To report a problem, use the Report option in the app or email footprintsguide@gmail.com.
You keep ownership of the experiences and photos you share. By posting them, you give Footprints a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, translate and distribute them within the app so other travelers can see them. Experiences you post are public. Deleting an experience or your account removes it from the app. Add only content that you created or have the right to share; you are responsible for it.
Tips on Footprints are written by other users and reflect their personal experience. We do not verify their accuracy. Use your own judgment and check important information (such as prices, opening hours, safety and legal requirements) before relying on it. You are responsible for your own safety while traveling.
The app asks for location, photo library and notification permissions only for the related feature. You can change permissions in your device settings at any time. If you do not grant a permission, some features may not work.
The name, logo, design and software of Footprints belong to Caner Yürekyakan. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission. Rights in user content remain with their owners, subject to the license in Section 4.
The app is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from content posted by other users. Liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, intent or gross negligence) is not affected. We may change the service or its features, or stop it temporarily or permanently.
We may update these terms. We will announce important changes in the app. If you keep using Footprints after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes. Your rights under consumer protection law are reserved.

Footprints, gezginlerin dürüst ve birinci elden ipuçları paylaştığı bir topluluktur. Uygunsuz içeriğe ve kötüye kullanıma tolerans gösterilmez. Şunları paylaşmamayı, yüklememeyi veya göndermemeyi kabul edersiniz:
Ayrıca konumunuzu taklit etmemeyi, başkası gibi davranmamayı ve uygulamaya veya sunuculara zarar vermemeyi kabul edersiniz.

Paylaştığınız deneyimlerin ve fotoğrafların sahibi sizsiniz. Bunları paylaşarak Footprints'e, diğer gezginlerin uygulamada görebilmesi için içeriğinizi barındırma, gösterme, çevirme ve dağıtma konusunda dünya çapında, münhasır olmayan ve ücretsiz bir kullanım hakkı vermiş olursunuz. Paylaştığınız deneyimler herkese açıktır. Bir deneyimi veya hesabınızı silmek, içeriği uygulamadan kaldırır. Yalnızca kendi ürettiğiniz veya paylaşma hakkına sahip olduğunuz içerikleri ekleyin; içerikten siz sorumlusunuz.
Footprints'teki ipuçları diğer kullanıcılar tarafından yazılır ve kişisel deneyimlerini yansıtır. Doğruluklarını denetlemeyiz. Kendi muhakemenizi kullanın; fiyat, çalışma saati, güvenlik ve yasal gereklilikler gibi önemli bilgileri güvenmeden önce ayrıca kontrol edin. Seyahat sırasındaki güvenliğiniz size aittir.
Uygulama konum, galeri ve bildirim izinlerini yalnızca ilgili özellik için ister. İzinleri cihaz ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz. İzin vermezseniz bazı özellikler çalışmayabilir.
Footprints'in adı, logosu, tasarımı ve yazılımı Caner Yürekyakan'a aittir. Yazılı izin olmadan kopyalayamaz, çoğaltamaz veya ticari amaçla kullanamazsınız. Kullanıcı içeriklerinin hakları, 4. maddedeki kullanım hakkı saklı kalmak üzere, sahiplerine aittir.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Kanunen izin verilen ölçüde, uygulamayı kullanmanızdan veya diğer kullanıcıların paylaştığı içeriklerden doğan kayıp ve zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Kanunen sınırlandırılamayacak sorumluluklar (ör. kasıt veya ağır kusur) saklıdır. Hizmeti veya özelliklerini değiştirebilir, geçici ya da kalıcı olarak durdurabiliriz.
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda Ankara mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan yetki ve başvuru hakları saklıdır.
